About a month ago, I contacted this seller regarding a horse sculpture I was interested in buying. From the start, communication was outstanding. I explained that I wouldn’t be able to make it out to the store right away and gave her the date I’d be available. I also told her not to hold it for me if someone else bought it first, but she still kept me updated the entire time, which I really appreciated. She offered several payment options and made the process easy, but I prefer seeing items in person before purchasing. She has two locations, Tampa and Brooksville, and I ended up going to the Tampa store. The store itself was impressive. Great atmosphere, excellent inventory, and everything was clean, organized, and professionally displayed. When I finally saw the horse sculpture in person, it completely exceeded my expectations. It looked far better than it did in the pictures, and the size was way more impressive in person. The photos honestly made it look much smaller than it actually was. You can tell this seller takes pride in both her business and the quality of what she sells. The sculpture was exactly as described, and the entire experience was smooth from beginning to end.
